Definitions
- Service – the dashiox marketing-intelligence service available at dashiox.com, consisting of the web portal, the delivery of analyses and findings to the user's AI client (via the MCP protocol), and the documentation.
- User – a natural or legal person holding an account in the service created on the basis of an invitation.
- Consumer – a user who is a natural person not acting within their trade, business or profession.
- Workspace – a space in the service in which the user manages connected platforms, clients and results; it may be personal or shared within an organisation.
- Connected platform – a third-party service (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Merchant Center, Tag Manager; Meta and Sklik are in preparation) to which the user grants the service access.
- AI client – an artificial intelligence application (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) that the user connects to the service themselves and in which the user receives the results of the service.
- Analyses and findings – the outputs of the service: data from connected platforms evaluated using unified metric definitions, rules, thresholds and benchmarks and the client context entered by the user (e.g. goals, margins, brand terms).
- Write – a change in an account of a connected platform made by the service on the basis of a proposal approved by the user (e.g. adding a negative keyword, adjusting a budget).
Description of the service
The service is a marketing-intelligence product for PPC specialists and agencies. It is not a means of access to the programming interfaces (APIs) of the connected platforms and does not pass on raw platform data.
- Semantic layer: the service normalises metrics from the connected platforms (in particular Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Merchant Center and Tag Manager) using unified metric definitions, thresholds and benchmarks, evaluates findings by rules (e.g. search-term waste, budget pacing, measurement errors) and takes into account the client context entered by the user (goals, margins, brand terms).
- Outputs: the user receives the results as structured analyses and findings in the AI client they connect themselves (e.g. Claude or ChatGPT via the MCP protocol) and in the web portal, where the service rolls out features gradually. Dashboards and per-client reports in the portal are being rolled out gradually.
- Changes to accounts: in preparation – during the beta the service makes no changes to accounts of connected platforms; the rules for when the feature becomes available are in Writes only after approval.
The outputs of the service are analytical materials and recommendations; the user decides how to use them. The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Meta or Seznam.cz.
Closed beta and invitation-only access
- The service is in closed beta. An account can be created only on the basis of a personal invitation from the operator; there is no public sign-up. Access can be requested through the Request access form; there is no entitlement to an invitation.
- Beta access is free of charge and serves to test the service. Features are rolled out gradually and may change during the beta, may contain errors and may be temporarily unavailable; there is no entitlement to availability or to a specific scope of features during the beta.
- Data from Google Ads becomes available in the service only after Google approves the service's use of the Google Ads API; until then the service works with the other connected Google services. dashiox accesses Google Ads through its own Google Cloud project; each user signs in with their own Google account and grants access themselves. Meta and Sklik integrations are in preparation and not available in the beta.
- The operator may end the beta at any time or move it to paid operation. It will inform users by e-mail at least 30 days in advance; continuing after the beta requires the user's agreement to the terms and plan then in force.
Account and security
- The user must provide truthful information, protect their sign-in credentials and not share them with anyone. Sign-in is protected by a password and mandatory two-factor authentication (TOTP), or the user signs in with a verified Google account with the same e-mail, whose sign-in security is governed by the settings of their Google account.
- The user is responsible for activity under their account unless they prove it occurred through no fault of their own. The user must report any suspected misuse of the account without delay to .
- Accounts are not transferable. Other people may access the service only with their own accounts (e.g. through an invitation to an organisation).
Connected platforms and permissions
- The user may connect only accounts they are authorised to use, and only to the extent of that authorisation. An agency or other user managing accounts of its clients may connect a client's account only if the client has authorised it to do so (including to process the account data in the service). The user is responsible for the existence and scope of these permissions.
- Each user connects platforms with their own sign-in and their own consent. Connections and access tokens are stored encrypted, are tied to the user's workspace and are never shared with other users.
- The use of connected platforms is also governed by the terms of their providers (e.g. Google). The user must comply with them.
- The service's access to a platform can be removed immediately at any time in the platform account settings – for Google at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, for Meta (once the integration is available) in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites – or by e-mail to (and, once available, in the portal); we handle requests without undue delay, at the latest within 1 month; see the Data Deletion page. The handling of platform data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Writes only after approval
Writes are coming soon: during the beta the service makes no changes to accounts of connected platforms. Once the feature is available, the following rules apply.
- The service prepares changes to an account of a connected platform only as proposals. Changes are executed only after your explicit approval of the specific proposal (in the portal as it becomes available). Nothing is written without approval.
- Before approving, the user sees what change the service will make. By approving, the user instructs the change and is responsible for the approved change and its consequences, including the impact on budgets and campaign performance.
- The service keeps an audit record of every approved and executed action (who approved it, when and what was changed).
- Change proposals prepared by the service or an AI client may be inaccurate or unsuitable; the user reviews them before approval.
Prohibited use
In particular, the user must not:
- use the service in breach of the law or to distribute unlawful content;
- misuse the website crawler – crawl websites the user does not own or is not authorised to crawl, overload third-party servers or circumvent their protection;
- scrape third-party websites or services or bulk-download data beyond the features of the service;
- circumvent technical restrictions, limits and quotas of the service or of the platforms, or share an account or credentials;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to obtain the source code of the service, except where expressly permitted by law;
- test for vulnerabilities without following the rules on the Security page, disrupt the operation of the service or attempt to access other users' data;
- use the service for activities that breach the terms of the connected platforms.
In case of a breach the operator may restrict access or close the account (see Termination).
Intellectual property
The service, its software, design, documentation and the dashiox brand are protected by the rights of the operator or its licensors. For the lifetime of the account the user obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms. The user's data and the outputs created from it remain the user's; the operator uses them only to provide the service.
Third-party trademarks
Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Merchant Center and Tag Manager are trademarks of Google LLC. Meta, Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Sklik is a trademark of Seznam.cz, a.s. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC and ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. These names are used in the service descriptively only; the service is not affiliated with or endorsed by their owners.
Subscriptions and payments
- During the closed beta the service is free of charge and no fees are charged.
- If the operator introduces paid plans, their prices, scope and payment terms will be shown on the Pricing page and in the order before it is completed. A paid plan is created only by an explicit order of the user.
- Subscriptions are paid in advance for the selected period (month or year) and renew automatically for the next period until the user cancels. The user can cancel at any time in the portal, effective at the end of the paid period; the service remains available until then.
- Payments for elapsed or current periods are not refunded, except where required by law (e.g. consumer withdrawal) or where the service could not be used for reasons on the operator's side – in that case we refund the proportional part of the price.
- Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance; the new price applies from the next period and the user may cancel the subscription before it takes effect.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
- A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion by notice sent to .
- If the consumer expressly requests that a paid service start before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer pays, upon withdrawal, a proportional part of the price for the service provided until the withdrawal. If the consumer has expressly agreed to the performance starting before the period expires and acknowledged that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully provided.
- We refund payments within 14 days of the withdrawal using the same means of payment that was used.
- Free beta access can be ended by the user at any time by deleting the account.
Limitation of liability
- The service provides analytical materials and recommendations. The operator is not liable for the user's business decisions, the results of advertising campaigns or the consequences of writes approved by the user.
- The operator is not liable for outages, changes or errors of connected platforms and AI clients or for the data these services provide.
- To the extent permitted by law, the operator is liable towards business users only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, up to the prices paid by the user in the last 12 months; for free beta access up to CZK 5,000. The limitation does not apply to harm to health and other cases where the law does not permit it.
- Liability towards consumers is not limited beyond what the law permits; the statutory rights of consumers (including rights arising from defective performance) remain unaffected.
Availability and changes to the service
- The operator strives for continuous availability of the service but does not guarantee it. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond the operator's control; we try to announce planned maintenance in advance.
- The operator may change, extend or discontinue features of the service. It will announce a material reduction of paid features at least 30 days in advance and the user may cancel the subscription.
Termination and account deletion
- The user can delete the account at any time by e-mail to (and, once available, directly in the portal); we handle the request without undue delay, at the latest within 1 month. The procedure and deletion periods are on the Data Deletion page.
- The operator may close an account with 30 days' notice sent by e-mail. In case of a serious breach of the terms (in particular prohibited use or a threat to security) it may restrict access or close the account immediately.
- If a paid account is closed for reasons on the operator's side, we refund the proportional part of the prepaid price.
Changes to the terms
The operator may change these terms, in particular due to changes in features, legislation or platform terms. It will announce the change by e-mail or in the portal at least 30 days before it takes effect. If the user does not agree, they may delete the account before the change takes effect; otherwise the new version applies. Changes in the user's favour or required by law may take effect earlier.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. Disputes are decided by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. This does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes
Consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, https://www.coi.cz; a proposal can be filed at https://adr.coi.cz. The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; consumers from other EU member states may contact an out-of-court dispute resolution body in their country or the European Consumer Centre Czech Republic (https://www.evropskyspotrebitel.cz). We handle complaints at .
