How we handle data from connected accounts → Privacy Policy

Google Ads data becomes available in the beta once Google approves our access.

Analyses data from

  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Search Console
  • Merchant Center
  • Tag Manager
  • Meta (coming soon)
  • Sklik (coming soon)

Process

How it works

From connecting your own accounts to the first findings – dashiox does the evaluation, you decide what to do.

  1. Connect your own accounts

You sign in to Google yourself and grant access only to the data you want analysed. Each user connects with their own consent; access is never shared between users.

  2. dashiox evaluates the data

A semantic layer unifies metric definitions, thresholds and benchmarks across sources, applies rules (for example search-term waste, budget pacing or measurement errors) and takes your client context into account: goals, margins and brand terms.

  3. You get findings, you decide

Results arrive as structured analyses and findings in your AI assistant (for example Claude or ChatGPT, connected via MCP) and gradually also in the web portal. Change proposals that are carried out only after your approval are coming soon.

A more detailed description is in the documentation.

Data sources

Data sources

One set of metric definitions across advertising, analytics and product data, with the permission scope you decide.

  • Google Ads

Campaign structure and performance, search terms and budgets as input for analyses; available in the beta once Google approves our access.

  • Google Analytics 4

Traffic, conversions and e-commerce for measurement and attribution checks.

  • Search Console

Search queries and pages for the organic view next to paid search.

  • Merchant Center

    Product status and feed errors.

  • Tag Manager

Tags, triggers and variables for measurement checks.

  • Meta (coming soon)

Ad campaign performance on Facebook and Instagram; not yet available in the beta.

  • Sklik (coming soon)

Outputs

Analyses and findings

What dashiox delivers – evaluated results, not raw data.

  • Unified metrics The same definitions of cost, conversions, CPA or ROAS across sources, with thresholds and benchmarks, so results are comparable between accounts and clients

  • Rule-based findings Search-term waste, budget pacing, measurement and tracking errors, feed problems – each finding with its evidence and severity

  • Client context Goals, margins and brand terms change how findings are evaluated and prioritised

  • Performance reviews Period comparisons, anomaly alerts and diagnosis of drops

  • Structured outputs Tables and a clear summary with recommended next steps; we are gradually rolling out dashboards and per-client reports in the portal.

Data & privacy

What the service does and does not do with your data

  • Reads only what you allow

Each user connects their own accounts with their own consent; Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Tag Manager read-only, Merchant Center for product checks, and in Google Sheets only the files you select yourself.

  • Changes to accounts – coming soon

Dashiox makes no changes to your accounts during the beta. We are preparing change proposals that will be carried out only after your explicit approval in the portal, with an audit record of each action.

  • Results go only where you send them

Analyses and findings are delivered to you in the portal and to the AI assistant you connected yourself – only for your request.

  • No selling, no advertising

We do not sell data from connected accounts or use it for advertising.

  • You can revoke access at any time

By e-mail to our support, in the portal once available, or directly in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Trust

Security

Encrypted access tokens, two-factor authentication, separated workspace data and hosting listed on the subprocessors page. More on the Security page.

  • Encrypted access tokens
  • No account changes without your approval
  • Separated workspace data
  • Access can be revoked at any time

Planned

For agencies

Planned: organisations with multiple specialists, colleague invitations and per-client access – everyone will see only the clients assigned to them. Each specialist still connects Google with their own consent.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions

What exactly does dashiox deliver?

Analyses and findings evaluated from the data of your own connected accounts – unified metrics, rule-based checks and recommendations in the context of your client. dashiox does not pass on raw platform data and does not offer a general-purpose interface to advertising platforms; your AI assistant is simply one of the places where you read the results.

Why does Google show an unverified app warning when connecting?

During the beta the app is going through Google's verification. Until it is completed, Google may show a warning on the consent screen; access is limited to invited testers. The scope of permissions and data handling are described in the Privacy Policy.

How do I disconnect an account or delete my data?

Write to our support (see Contact), use Disconnect in the portal once available, or remove access directly in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The full procedure, including account deletion, is on the Data Deletion page.

Where is the data stored?

With the hosting provider listed on the subprocessors page, including the server location. Cached platform data is kept only briefly; retention of analyses and findings is described in the Privacy Policy.

How do I get access?

Fill in the access request. Invitations are sent exclusively by e-mail; an account can only be created from an invitation.
